In terms of health & fitness, accountability is huge! Staying accountable means putting in that hard work when no one is looking and doing the little things when you feel unmotivated.

Being accountable means understanding that to get results you need to respect the process, understand that there isn’t shortcuts, and learn to love the little habits of achieving short- and long-term goals! 💪

Accountability Methods:

➡️ Accountability Buddy (a good friend or a family member) 👬
➡️ Personal Trainer (me?) 😉
➡️ Join a community focused gym
