When it comes to training the first goal should ALWAYS be: MOVE BETTER!

The importance of moving better can never be understated whether we are new to exercise or experienced! Moving better will help improve your function in daily activities, increase your athletic performance & will support longevity fitness πŸ™Œ

The second goal should be to just: MOVE MORE!

More movement throughout the day, divided into small & manageable segments is another great way to achieve results! More movement can take the form of little walks at lunch or after dinner, coffee breaks to stretch, 5 minutes of exercise when you wake up or a scheduled 30 min/1 hour class! Generally, we can ALL benefit from more movement to support our holistic physical & mental health πŸ™Œ
